Why is my device not detected?
Make sure you've turned on the device and connected it to your PC using a USB cable capable of transmitting data. Also, make sure you've installed the WinUSB drivers.
The "Measure" button is disabled (greyed out). How should I proceed?
- Check that the E-Stop button is in the correct position.
- Check with a multimeter that the external battery is sufficiently charged and able to supply at least 12V.
- Check that you have correctly installed the WinUSB drivers.
- Try changing the PC's USB port.
- Use a different USB cable (it must be a USB data transfer cable).
- Check that the "50A" fuse is intact.
- Install the latest version of the software.
